Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the charity — for example our payment processor, email provider and accountants — under contracts that protect it, and with HMRC for Gift Aid. We do not share donor details with our partners overseas.

How long we keep it

Donation and Gift Aid records are kept for seven years as required by HMRC. Enquiries are deleted after two years. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@DignityTrust.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics. Embedded maps and donation pages are provided by third parties whose own policies apply.

Children's information

We hold limited information about the children we support in order to deliver our programmes. It is stored securely, shared only on a need-to-know basis, and never published in a way that could identify a child. See our safeguarding policy.
